Dear shareholders, esteemed members of the Board of Directors, and valued colleagues,
Now that I have been granted the privilege to serve at the Iranian Lead and Zinc Production & Development Company, I pledge, as a gratitude for this divine gift and with the guidance of Almighty God, to leverage the experience of the respected Board and the capabilities of sincere and diligent colleagues. I will dedicate all my efforts and years of service in this industry to ensure that the company moves forward on the path of progress and development in fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to me.
Clearly, this can only be achieved by creating a dynamic and calm environment for colleagues, utilizing all available capacities, strengthening control and oversight systems, adhering to the rule of law, fostering a scientific and customer-oriented approach, engaging with stakeholders, encouraging creativity and innovation, promoting meritocracy, and maintaining transparency in information and financial accounts.
In this regard, we must strive to improve the quality and quantity of our products while respecting customer needs and preferences and adhering to international market standards.
Finally, I expect all colleagues to work tirelessly, guided by principles, ethical values, honesty, and integrity, to help achieve the company’s objectives.
